Advanced Mount Roulette button

A button that acts like "Flying Mount Roulette" in areas where you have unlocked flight, and regular "Mount Roulette" everywhere else.

There's a lot of cool mounts that I never see because they can't fly.

I'd love it if it would recognise undersea mounts and prioritise those in the underwater areas. Seeing a bird fly through the water keeps irritating me
