Third-Party Perform Macros?

So I've been reading up on the whole perform update after having started the game again recently, and it seems as though there is no way to make in-game macros for the perform ability for bards; also apparently using 3rd party software for macros is against the ToS.
The thing is, both my keyboard and mouse have drivers that allow me to make my own macros to input keystrokes for use anywhere at any time.
Is it against the ToS to create my own macros on my kb/m for the perform ability, or will I need to memorize any sort of song that I create?

Technically, using a key input automation system, like on many fancy mice and keyboards, is very against the ToS.

Because you are using it in noncompetetive way, very unlikely someone one would report you for it and have SE try to look into it to take action against you, but the threat would be ever present.

If you have a gaming keyboard you can make your own key sequences for commands like macros instead of using third party. Being it's a device function it's not against terms of use.

If it's 2.1 it could be done under the system setting from the game and key bind / macro from there. So same thing either way you look at it if on PC. Only difference is that your using in game key binding for your keyboard provided by SE. I use SE interface not third party.

Fancy Keyboard and Mice provide extra keybinds for the player to use, still attached to 1 macro each, so that's not against the ToS.

Now if said Keyboard or Mouse had an input that allowed it to go from 1 macro to the next than that would be against the rules.

Example of Against ToS. Against the rules is the ability to go back and forth from Macro 1 to Macro 2 without the need for human input.

Example Acceptable Actions. If you have 1 keybind set to execute Macro 1 and then a 2nd keybind to execute Macro 2 and you are manually executing both macros.

So now I'm confused again. If I program a macro key on my keyboard to do ANY 2 actions simultaneously or in succession (even something as harmless as, for example, doing 2 different emotes back to back) instead of creating an in-game macro for it, that is technically an offense that can justify getting banned?

I just want to make sure I don't do anything that I'm not supposed to! :P
