Please remove main scenario dungeon restriction when doing it undersized

Just as I can suck it up/get over it. The only flaw in the game was making the cutscenes so integrated in the first place. .

It would be illogical to me to hear someone say this and then say people do not have a right to skip them.

SE did it globally because they did a hasty change without thinking, only reason. This is simply the result of a half bake idea, no different then the glam dresser. People complained and complained on these issues while they did nothing, then overnight they try to bandaid fix then wonder why people are unhappy.

Actually it's not illogical as the root of the entire 5 years of complaints plus this thread are due to either being forced to skip or not being able to skip. Do you really need me to resurrect all of the threads of people saying "Watch them in the inn" or the empathetic people saying "it's SE's fault for making the cutscenes integrated and this is the last time this happens because SE learned their lesson". This is a topic I have followed for a long time and even then I said "it sucks create your own pf" but my first time through the person i ran with said "skip the cutscenes as people don't want to wait".

I can't speak to the glamour dresser as I haven't even looked at it and it is way off topic. I would rather they spend the resources on other things than trying to separate all of the cutscene variances for two dungeons, that I will most likely never touch until they release the next expansion.

Neither option is acceptable. You're telling us to suck it up because newbies were told that up until now... and that somehow makes the new situation right, how?

People where NEVER forced to skip, they where free to make their own party. Now and HW it only required one person to come along with the person that wanted take their time on them. What you are suggesting is forcing 7 people to wait 1 hour to clear something for 1 person in a pug. One person thinking that is insanely selfish. This change also hurts people that want t go their own pace, why should I be forced to watch the CS at this set speed in preform? what if I want to take longer? This change is half baked and hurts everyone, in regards no one has a choice with how they do things now. What about those that read fast and their set pace feels slow? people have a right to how quickly or slowly they go though them, you do not set the pace for people, forcing the same pace on everyone.

People that wanted to watch the CS in a pug where free to do so, most that communicated got to do so. People kicked people for appearing to stand afk and not stay anything, or where flat out toxic expecting 7 people to wait for them.

People had options before 4.2, now people have none, pre formed groups should have a right to skip CS regardless if they are new or not, you give people a choice, disagreeing with this simple idea and basic human right is white knighting this change for no reason what so ever.

guess what then? if they do not have the resources to properly change the MSQ!!!! then they shouldn't of did anything to them in 4.2! A much smaller and wait and see change should just been a warning about that it has lot of CS in them and it may be advised to make your own group if you want to watch them. This change on everything is too drastic, unneeded and unwanted. SE never forced people to use the duty finder or skip CS, people had a options before 4.2, now no one has none, not how you treat people, not how you treat adults.

And I can't fathom why you think an all-or-nothing solution is the best SE should aspire to implement, but here we are.

I already said SE should make these solo-queue and get away from them being 8 mans in the first place. This would solve both this entire thread as well as what the previous 5 years of complaints have been about. Maybe SE is stuck with an all or nothing solution or maybe they are as exhausted about hearing how new players experiences being ruined as I am. Sorry your quick exp/tomes was ruined.... not sorry.

SE could have done something like this long ago and now are just implementing after at least a minimum of 3 years of threads talking about how they were forced to skip cutscenes and SE needed to do something about it. Starstuck is giving the same response that was given to all of those new players "form a pf" and would also probably give "you can watch them in the inn". So SE did something and a few are upset. Maybe the people who are upset about this should have been nicer to the new players. Not everyone always has access to a keyboard. As a PS4 player there are often times I am not.

I actually didn't run the MSQ very often since the rewards weren't worth the hassle even before the change in my opinion. But punishing everyone for the bad behaviour of a few is a terrible solution. I've never kicked or berated a newbie for wanting to watch cutscenes and I've actively defended them if they got grief over it. So no, I'm not happy about this change and I don't understand why you're against modifying it so that the people who go in as a pre-formed group can choose how they want to do it. Theoretically, the Roulette enforcing the "intended" experience and an undersized party doing whatever they want should be the best solution.

Poor SE, having all the time and resources to make the very divisive glamour system and Perform and not having enough time to fix this thing that's been a thorn in their side since its introduction and affects every single character that goes through the game :<
The only thing SE is stuck with is bad decision making.

People want to say "Value my time" but where is valuing the new persons time who doesn't know they need to party finder for these two dungeons.

You know, it's almost like it's also SE's fault for never once teaching players how to use one of the most useful tools in the game, not even for these dungeons, but the not too far extreme and Coils content...

Also if you agree they should be solo duties I'm really not sure why the vitriol. We all agree things aren't ideal now, it seems. Especially because before, if a newbie had managed to get a party going, they could've watched the content in the way they wanted to. You know what no one can do now? MMMHMMMMM. ...which is what this particular thread is about regardless of anything else about this broken situation.
