Please remove main scenario dungeon restriction when doing it undersized

I'm all for this. I also think if there's no new player in a group, the cutscenes should be skippable.

Too many people would just kick the new player after 5 minutes to continue fast, unfortunately it is not hard to tell who is new, it would just create more tension.
