    That simply depends on the modifier and the base rate.

    With rested Exp, the base rate is reduced somewhat as to allow for the targeted real and in-game hours' leveling time.

    With Fatigue, it's full, but it trails off with experience gained, perhaps eventually descending below the rested exp rate until, generally, the two average out when playing a given job at the amount the developers wish to encourage or it creates a new optimal path.

    With rested exp, it's optimal to spend all rested, as it is based in levels, not flat Exp, on your highest level job. One should main.

    With fatigue, the opposite is true. One cannot level a single job as quickly, but can level multiple more quickly.

    So, which feels more Final Fantasy?
