[Mods] Stickies to Help People post in the Correct Place

Seriously--one of the Community Reps already admitted somewhere that there the "Feedback & Suggestions" forum was misleading. Why don't you add a sticky in this forum (and possibly General Discussion) that says in the title that "this is not the correct place for game-related feedback" or something? I think it would save you all quite a bit of work, and probably alleviate the walls of "Moved: ____ " like we saw a little while ago. I know there are some explanatory stickies at the tops already, but it's rather obvious that no one reads (or heeds) them; I suggest that a sticky's title include something about it.

That said, I am all for creating a separate section for Game Feedback rather than the catch-all category of "Other"--I believe that's the topic of another thread, though.

Problem solved.

That doesn't fix the horde of other posts that should be placed elsewhere, but it does solve one rampant problem.
