You won't! I had them switch back to Shiro after to check and it stuck. The Merchant's walls are generally really cheap on the MB too (like a few thousand gil lol).

The merchant wall was super cheap! Like, 4k... then I looked at the Shiro walls for 7.5mil. I can live loftless xD Ahhhhhhhhh SE why don't we have glamour plates for housing...

Going to ask the suuuuuuuper scrubby question... So if I switch to Merchant Walls, do the Shiro Walls go back to my inventory to be re-used later? Sorry for all the dumb questions >.< I've never done this before.

Yes! It will appear in your inventory after you confirm the change. You can test it yourself on the interior fixtures to see what it looks like, it is the same way.

I was able to make it work in the Shiro castle walls (took forever!) but I couldn't ever get it on the non-windows walls like someone said they could. Still, I consider it a success, and being able to do this instead of using 50 zabutons means we could have a downstairs garden, yay!
