Steps:

2. I did not receive the 2nd bonus for a total of 4.6 mil EXP. I only received 2.3 mil EXP. This is happening to me daily during leveling roulette. I never get the bonus even though it says I do in the chat log.

It seems to be happening with all of my roulettes. I just ran Level 50/60 roulette and the same thing happened.

That's not a bug. The first time the 2.3M is stated its telling you how much you got and what class its applied to. The second is telling you why you got that exp ("you got that much exp because roulette!")
