    Hello everyone!

    We have been observing the recent connectivity issues, which players have been reporting, and made adjustments that had a positive effect on the situation. However, unrelated to the EU DC, on the 9th and 10th April there was a wider issue with the European DE-CIX internet backbone. Unfortunately, this has caused further problems, so we will continue to monitor the situation closely. Please keep updating this thread to let us know if the situation is improving for you or not.

    Wish we could get a rep response for the troubles regarding the NTT servers on the NA side too.

    Fair bit of packet loss. And again patterns were evident, especially packet loss per minute, but then it stopped as did my 90k's.

    still getting random lag n error 90002. i qued for alliance raid roullete at 7.30pm and as it went to the black screen got hit with error 90002 but logged back in then at 8pm i qued for the 24 man rabanastre same problem error 90002 again like before n when i tried to log back i got error 10153 then tried again n got back in seriously do you even care that this is still happening ive been experiencing this since early december 2017 u seem to accept our money to access the game but when we run into trouble you dont give a damn.

    I don't think this issue is isolated to just chaos data cluster. I'm on aether data cluster and have been experiencing issues mostly in instances where the latency and lag problems are a huge problem through out most of the day I see it occassionally while crafting since I macro craft stuff in the evenings but it's really difficult to do anything in an instance with others because of the lag. today my receiving jumped to over 200K in game. something is seriously wrong.
