Latency/Packet Loss Issues [Chaos Datacenter]

this week has been noticably worse then before. but the lag has been there for months. just tonight we had major lag spikes during raid. mutiple members in different countries (different provider) having spikes at the exact same time. the spikes have gotten to the point that mutiple people report others teleporting, machanics freezing etc. the lag spikes are very obvious when you look at the missles in o7s.
