    Well, the issue its related only to FF XIV servers because I can use internet without any issues also on another game platforms such as Battle.Net and play without troubles also accesing to their traces without loosing packages on the way to the server.

    Also have a question for you: the days I'm not being able to play because of this FF servers related issue, are somehow refunded? It's not quite cheap to play the game hehe

    That question would have to be answered by the support center directly. Unfortunately I do not have a answer for that.
