    Estate released Early

I've submitted reports to GM's in game and on the email support options. Each time i get a canned support boundaries response.

On the 21st I attempted to log in to find out the server was down for maintenance.

No problem though right? Email specifically states that house removals dates are extended based off maintenance and outages. A planned maintenance that started earlier than expected would certainly count as a case where the housing was extended.

That was not the case. My house was removed. I sent requests on the day of the maintenance to see if they would prevent the removal and after the house was removed prematurely I sent requests for reimbursement of the gil required to repurchase the lot. (ruffly 4.4 million gil?)

The lot has not been purchase by another user and the amount I'm asking for is just to repurchase what was mine.

I've been a paid member since launch and have been paying for additional retainers and 2 additional accounts, I am inactive due to work scheduling and life events at this time but have not stopped paying, a small break here wouldn't be to much to ask for.

When did you log in the day following maintenance?

Did you calculate the time from Maintenance ending to when you logged in, and was it less than the time from when servers were down to when the house was supposed to be demolished?

Sorry, but I think you're out of luck. Like it says:

It all depends what the maintenance is for. If it's something where they shutdown the server then it likely stops counting for the part where the server is shutdown, at least that would make sense as to why it's ambiguous.

But they also say that it'll never be before your removal date so that was the date you should have used, not relying on maintenance to extend it.

So it wasn't really released early, it just wasn't extended as much as you expected due to maintenance. Sorry that you lost your house though.

I saw something on reddit a few days ago before i return that might be related to your problem: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme..._getting_sent/

    The text:

I was under the impression that my house was safe as my sub had briefly lapsed and I thought I was within the window as I had not received an email reminder of the demolition. Instead I logged in to my house being... gone. No email. No warning. Nothing. GG no re.

So be aware, housing emails are not going out correctly. Don't make my mistake. Now I have to wait for another housing rush.

Update: Thanks to a kind soul, I've found a new home! This is why I love this subreddit. Hopefully we can make Square-Enix aware of this issue and have it looked into. I've sent a bug report and hopefully others with the same issue have done (or can do) the same so that those of us lucky enough to have homes, or that purchase homes in the future, can be aware of this and properly notified in the future!
One of the comments in there:

Yeah, my house has been up for demolition several times and I've only received the email once. And yes, I know it's only sent at 35 days or whatever. They aren't being sent properly.
I assume you also know that just logging into the game won't count towards the removal of the days of house demolish, you have to go inside the house.

Maintenance and server outages do not happen every week/day/month so the may be refers to the chance that a maintenance or server outage not happening. The wording clearly indicates that the timer does not include maintenance or server outages. I did not plan around a maintenance to extend the time as a reason to log in after the specified time. I planned to log in before the time at 5pm (1700 PDT) before the closure. I then discovered that the server was down for maintenance.

I have been inactive/semiactive since heavens ward. I leveled up some stuff for bloodstorm and tried out some new things but I have been logging in between once every 30-40 days just to step in my house and log out.
