Posting new Traceroute since lags just increased almost tenfold (22% lost packets). Other players in-game are blinking all over the place every 5 seconds xD

Well, the issue its related only to FF XIV servers because I can use internet without any issues also on another game platforms such as Battle.Net and play without troubles also accesing to their traces without loosing packages on the way to the server.
Also have a question for you: the days I'm not being able to play because of this FF servers related issue, are somehow refunded? It's not quite cheap to play the game hehe
That question would have to be answered by the support center directly. After monitoring the network for an hour or so, Ive been seeing huge packet loss on the link that passes data from telia to the telia link that hands over to KDDI (Who own the data center where Chaos Sits).
But, I'm also seeing Packet Loss on the link from Telia to KDDI, AND, im seeing losses from Within the 195.82.50.XXX Range, which is currently Leased to KDDI's Frankfurt Data Center.
I Captured this Info while running Crystal Tower so i could see packet flow, you can see the 0.4% loss as my Network Hardware trys to correct for the issue.
