Hello, this is what I got when tracerouting, It got stuck just right at the first step, what I fould really weird...

Also did a trace test from my Macbook PRO (i don't use this laptop to play the game) and here are the results:

Posting new Traceroute since lags just increased almost tenfold (22% lost packets). Other players in-game are blinking all over the place every 5 seconds xD

Well, the issue its related only to FF XIV servers because I can use internet without any issues also on another game platforms such as Battle.Net and play without troubles also accesing to their traces without loosing packages on the way to the server.

Also have a question for you: the days I'm not being able to play because of this FF servers related issue, are somehow refunded? It's not quite cheap to play the game hehe

That question would have to be answered by the support center directly. Unfortunately I do not have a answer for that.
