Enormous lags and constant DCs

hello there

I play on Shiva in the Uk and my game experience is beyond ridiculous. I just had new internet fit in our house and the connection about 50mbps and every time I lag in the game and I check my latency its about 1ms.
I get constantly disconnected and I suffer so much lag not just in the world but also in dungeons and raids that It makes it almost impossible to heal and dodge the mechanics and its very frustrating to focus on a raid when you cant bloody see whats happening.

So I would like to ask you to look into this because I know I'm not the only one with horrible lags that makes the game unplayable and I just renewed my subscription. this all started after 4.2 landed so might be a good thing to look into it your end guys.
My PC is high end and I run everything on ultra at 70fps so that answers your question about my pc surely.

please help me resolve this because its getting beyond a joke now. theres nothing worse than having lags and be unable to play the game altogether. it takes the fun away.

Unbareable Lagg on Omega. other games working perfectly so i doubt its my internet Zzz..

I'm on Phoenix and have the same problem. Can't play because the lag in dungeons makes it unplayable then I get disconnected. Checked everything and its not my connection. Started happening today was ok yesterday.

Having same problems on Malboro. Happens most in POTD. Can be outside a dungeon for hours doing quests and not one disconnect but when enter a dungeon or potd constant disconnects and huge lag spikes.

sounds like a common problem happening from cross world interaction. I've ruled out bad connection problems as im playing other games perfectly. Fix Please!

- the nature of the latency
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)

I have stuttering lag as there can be slight delays in movement/actions then things catch up, only for split seconds at a time sometimes followed by 90002 disconnect error, happens mainly in instanced dungeons/areas, its very strange as this only started happening just recently

OK well I have managed to get rid of my lag and DC's by going through a VPN, which points to my ISP. Now the question is how do I get it working with my ISP?
