The Jade Stoa EX won't unlock

You see i finish the main story and did The Jade Stoa Normal andfollow it quest line and got the song from the quest then i wend to Kugame to the Wandering Minstrel and talked to him he had a blue quest on him so i asume i unlock somthing it act like it did unlock somthign there was a lot of spam going on due to alot of other players there so i wasn't sure but the EX mode wasn't unlocked it it not on the DF list for bosses it not he has no other icon i even wend back to the hell lid place to check, am i missing somthing? is this a glitch?

I'm sorry if i post this in the wrong place i don't really use the forums that much so i really don't know where else to turn to i even try googling it still no luck.

Did you get the cutscene that shows "THE JADE STOA (Extreme) now available"? Have you tried looking in the "High-End duties" section of the Duty Finder?

Oh i didn't know there was a another high end duties i found it now thank you so much.
