    Lack of voice acting

    I decided to roll an alt and at first I did not notice it but my main scenario quests stopped talking. I know only the important quests talk, but when they do, it is so quiet I can not even hear it. I have put the sound of my music on mute and even so the voice is so quiet I can not hear it. There is something wrong. Can you help me?

    now I have more problems. I can not go from windowed to full screen. I get blocked every time and it resets.

    I have deleted the game and reinstalled it and the same thing happens

    Have you checked the in-game sound settings menu? It should have the option to change individual sounds (voices being one of them). What kind of sound system do you have?

    Can you elaborate on your second issue? What do you mean by 'I get blocked'? Does this also happen with borderless fullscreen?
