FFXIV DX11 and DX9 log in errors (Also in Japanese) after resetting my PC! :( HELP!

Maybe i'm missing certain .dll files? Or Windows folder is missing something?!... I tried other methods and i still get the errors when logging in from the FFXIV Launcher. The 3rd time i have reinstalled the game btw lol. But if i am missing something, such as an application, .dll file, what would it be? What do i need exactly to run FFXIV? I just have a weird feeling it's all bc of the copy/paste i did with the windows.old folder after the PC reset, and some things i couldn't paste over bc i didn't have permission, even in administration access. Not only that, certain stuff might not work properly even if they were pasted over. I'm all out of ideas at this point. Please help, somebody, i beg of you. lmao P.S. If it is something to do with my Windows folder, is there some way i can check and see if something is missing? Any way of me repairing the folder to get back what is missing or corrupted?
