Yeah a few skills cost 2 resources on DRK for some reason. See Dark Passenger, Delirium, TBN. Don't really understand it.

I wouldn't count Delirium, since it ties to the new "job ressouce", like lots of other skills. After all, Unchained...used...to cost 5 wrath back in ARR...but not anymore... damn it WAR !
