Ah let me elaborate real quick: More Skill speed means you are using Riot Blade more often which means your MP regeneration is higher. More MP, More Holy Spirit/Clemency. Occasionally I can pop one outside of Requiescat because otherwise I just have MP chilling in my bar.

I joke that Paladin has a secret fourth combo called "our healer is dead, our dps is dead, oh god everyone is dead" where you just use Fast Blade > Riot Blade to quickly recover mana to spam Clemency in a vain attempt to stay alive. It works.
Yea..the old 2.0 little combo I call it.....works sometime during a fight where I have to be the 4th healer (why 4th? cuz there is a rdm XD).
