    WAR lvl 50 DPS

When playing as WAR in level 50 instances is it a DPS loss to not be in Defiance? Should the OT stance dance and only be in defiance when unchained is up? What should the LVL 50 rotation look like?

besides storms eye, because most MTs seem to have issues holding hate in tank stance, ull wanna use pth a few times, and only zerk BB once they have a lead. of course ull need to go into defiance when zerks done, when u have unchained, so u can keep ur TP up with inner beast, as its easy to run dry of TP.
And more path, when ur MT cant seem to hold hate, even as they spam Rage of Halone.

It is a slight gain to pop defiance/unchained and use infuriate/IB and build up enough for another IB before unchained falls off. The oly advantage is getting 2 IBs off assuming you don't mess up the unchained to negate the penalty, but also generates a crapload of enmity.

It is also a slight gain to use Eye>Block>Block in damage at lv 50 instead of Eye/Eye/Eye (or up to 2 paths if you need HP). But the enmity you get from BB is hardly worth the tiny bit of damage unless your MT is living in tank stance spaming their enmity combo (Pld mostly as they only have enmity combo at that level).

If your MT is overkilling threat by a huge amount, then go for either or both of those. Damage is damage and they only need to be ahead in enmity. You can also fudge this a little with smart use of Shirk.

But if they aren't that high on enmity, don't feel bad loosing a smidge of potency. You doing a couple % less damage lets them do a TON of extra damage by not living in tank stance.

At 50, pull with unchained and try to get enough gauge for inner beast then when unchained falls off, use Inner Beast 1-2x then drop Defiance and Eye > Block x 3 repeat for the rest of the fight for optimum dps. Every time unchained comes up you can do this again.
If you're OT, ignore that and just Eye > Block x3. But try to not be OT if possible bc you'll most likely rip aggro off MT.

For clarification unchained doesnt work with innerbeast since IB and SC ignore the damage penalty anyways.
If anything they would be powerful with zerk.

If it's anything where you don't have access to fell cleave, then who cares? Assuming everyone is synced, the dps players will be absurdly powerful and won't need your help. Why bother memorizing an optimal rotation for content you'll only be doing for 15 minutes a day? Unless your group is doing a Bahamut respect run?
