Tenacity once again, whats the numbers?

I can read here and there the numbers, obviously tenacity will never give us as much dps boost as DET, Crit or DHit do, but at the same time it does boost our mitigation for the same percent.
But i wonder, how about that healing buff part? Why i cant see anywhere the numbers, does tenacity healing buff works at all, does it has the same percent of buff as like it does for mitigation and dmg boost?

I heard also there is effeciency floor from which it start to give us anything, and tenacity brings the value straight away from 1 point, where determination starts to affect damage after 300 or 400 points in.

How does that exactly work? Im most curious about that healing buff part.

meh...I don't know what numbers are....but tenacity still add a little dps to your raw damage plus healing buff.

My logic is...if you don't critical hit, all crit stats are wasted, same as direct hit if you do not direct hit, and rngesus is bad to me...very bad...

Tenacity in other hand will always affect everything you do, attacking/getting hit/healing....so...it's like you want to be the jack of all.

It is not broken. The description of its effect is confusing. But like RLofOBFL said, it is a more defensive alternative to meld instead of Determination. The problem is that we value more DPS than passive mitigation because most of the content is designed for ours active mitigation tools.

So i believe determination is my way to go for DRK so far.
Since i cant see tenacity increasing my Life drain from Soul eater and abyssal drain, with determination i will hate more MP and lifesteal.
Im pretty sure tenacity healing attribute doesnt work on life drain at all.
