    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    The 90 day restriction is only applied if you transfer to a preferred world. Gilgamesh is not (and has not been recently) a preferred world. This means that you are only subject to the standard three day restriction that is applied after every world transfer. You should be fine to transfer if it has been three days after your last one.
