Samurai Armour... Where?

Just curious if anyone thinks it's strange that there is no typical Samurai armour or even glamour avaliable yet. The nearest or best looking, although personal opinion, belongs to tanks. Where's the glamour!? I've only played FFXI as a comparison but Samurai had decent traditional looking gear and the dogi's and jujitsu gi would look amazing in XIV. Anyone else?

I would love to have samurai armor on tank class as well.
And i want heavy armor with no helmet, but that never going to happen sadly. :<

I do know about the delta gear, however considering the patch and location and theme of stormblood I'm suprised that there isn't really any glamour. Even NPC gear would be a step in the right direction. Plus delta is 'hidden' behind raiding.

SE stated that they wanted to use the edo period style armor ie the Kenshin look in FFXIV as opposed to the older “Genji” style armor like FFXI did so dont really expect to see meideval japanese armor any time soon
