    Stuck on "connecting to data center"

    Hi,

    As said in the title, I keep getting stuck on the main menu screen when "Connecting to data center" popped up after selecting "start". The screen doesn't freeze but it stuck on loading as if it couldn't connect.

    I've even tried to just leave it hoping it'd connect after a while, but nothing happen after over half an hour or so. The same thing happened once before patch 4.2, but patch 4.2 somehow fixed it. Now it's happening again..

    Please advise on how to resolve the issue, thanks.

    EDIT: few more deets - I don't use VPN or tunneling service, my internet connection is fine when I use browser or anything else.

    EDIT: Can anyone point me the right direction to get help please? I still can't play the game

    Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
    -Any updates or changes (besides the patch) that coincide with the issue
