    Lets say you are moving from a prime rank 1 large plot to a rank 1 large plot somewhere else.

    You only get back 30% of 24,800,000, or 7440000.
    50000000-7440000= 42560000

    it costs a lot to relocate, I got no clue what the tc is on about sorry. Basically you pay a lot more to relocate then someone buying a house for the first time.. again what is this TC complaining about?
