Not so much being cruel as honest. Players with homes will continue to use Relocation to get bigger homes,better plots and housing district changes. While players without homes will have the relinquish timer hindering their efforts to get a house.

To be fair, though, the Relinquish timer was put in place to curb house flippers buying houses for the purchase price and selling them for quadruple the amount to other players. I consider it more of a necessary evil, though you can make the argument that it should apply to all purchases and relocations. I won’t contest that argument.

What I simply do not understand is why they are still withholding individual purchases in the original 3 housing locations.

Because they can't turn them on without a maintenance patch, and they're not pushing one of those out until the regularly scheduled time?

Looks like the earliest houses will release to the public is bext weeks patch, but no word has been said on the matter at all.

I'll expect 4.26 or a week after 4.25 with a maintence like we had with the new wards.

Dear diary...
I've been watching the plots for four days and there has been no change. In the meantime, I was able to put together with the help of Rah-kun, more than double the amount that I will have to pay for the plot that I intend to buy.

I still have hopes that I will have a house someday... When SE unlock the purchase to private players again.



Seriously now. God, why! Theres so much empty wards, and i'm in a crowded server! I wish i could buy my plot alreadyyy

The relocation begun on Lich on Tuesday. It has been 4 days here.

What I simply do not understand is why they are still withholding individual purchases in the original 3 housing locations. I mean sure Shirogane is popular, but the area in the Goblet ward my FC\\'s house is in is Completely emptied. There is us and one large plot occupied by a french guild and absolutely everyone else has left, probably for shirogane.

They want to make housing more accessible to all players, but I am standing in a ward absolutely full of orange squares. I even worked hard at Alchemy to save up enough gil to get a small plot. Now I\\'m surrounded by plots that no FC wants but cannot buy them because of this absurd restriction.

Make Goblet, LB and Mists available for individual purchases. If they must, restrict it to at least small plots, if not medium as well. Leaving tons of empty small plots is not making housing more accessible to anyone.

And all i want 'is' a small plot, its all i ever wanted... Standing in housing areas and seeing 12+ vacant plots, but being unable to get any of them, this far past the launch of the new wards is just frustrating...

Specially now that im lacking a pc at the moment due to delayed shipment of a new psu

My luck, housing will open up befor i get it running again and the ebay/reddit vultures will swoop in
