The current Trade Box only allows for a maximum of 4 items per player to be traded at a single time and it is a bit unpractical. In FF XI, the trade window was large enough to fit 8 items per trade. Most of my friends are lazy about crafting and they often ask me to make items for them on occasion. When trading me the appropriate items, it sometimes can take up 4 trades to transfer all the materials. (Usually they want equipment.)

Ideal Recommendation would be to increase the Trade Box limit to 10 items per player. Why 10 and not 8 like FF XI? Well some crafted items need 8 materials and 2 crystal types for a single synthesis. That is 10 items to trade and could be done so in a single transfer if the trade limit is increased to 10.

As for trade ranges, it does feel a bit short. Trading right now is a bit uncomfortable to conduct with many things able to cancel or interrupt it. (Also a pretty slow UI connections during trades.) Being out of range likely being the most common disruption. Like Bazaar/Repair ranges, the distance allowed between players to successfully trade is not very far. About 4 Lalafell away at a maximum range I would say. A small but reasonable increase to allowed ranges for trading, bazaar and repair ranges would all be great improvements.
