If they can increase the internal sizes of apartments I think that would satisfy a huge population of people who are looking for houses, the latter of your comment is what scares me though. If SE plans on keeping wards closed down for FCs to have first pick then they need to crack down with an Iron Fist on these groups who specifically make FCs to take up the good housing. Not only is it unfair to those looking to buy a home, it's straight up unfair to a REAL FC who is trying to better the guild. Next patch, leave upgrading out of the equation and somehow restrict FCs a little harder. Maybe an FC made a week ago shouldn't be buying a large house?
