    It is easy to install board functions (ala Star Wars the Old Republic and Wild Star) for those wishing to show/visit others. I can tell you right now that I very rarely see anyone outside in my ward and when visiting others, it is much the same. All ghost towns.

    Once again I believe this is due to there being no incentive to hang out around the wards. With creating an instanced environment and canning the ward system you would be driving players away from each other even more.

    We NEED reasons to spend time in the wards, we NEED exclusive features that are fun for everyone and brings everyone together. I think SE wanted a place like that but only did half of the job.
