Why I don't agree with "Instances" as a fix.

I think no one was arguing to replace the wards with instanced housing, but to add that additionally...

I feel a lot of hate towards independent owners and people shouting FCs Only! I see and hear a lot of people complaining that the ward system was a mistake and shouldn't have been a thing. I fundamentally disagree with that statement and believe that a hybrid system is necessary for everyone to be happy.

I think if Yoshi wants to promote wards for community use then they need to make it easier to have a sense of community. Try decorating events or a neighborhood message board.

I think the main reason people are upset with the current system is that its impossible for everyone to have a house and specially for everyone to have the house they want (I assume that thats plot 30/60 in Shirogane because that would make the most sense - little joke to brighten the dark housing-mood). Specially right now people are upset - but not because of the ward-system but because of the housing-shortage. Instanced Housing on top of the wards would fix that shortage - everyone with the needed gil would have housing-access in general. People who'd like to have a community - not me, but apparently you for example - could use the wards with a lot of less hate towards them. Just keep in mind that right now minds are especially heated...

You make it sound like you disgaree with instanced housing at all - which you dont seem to...?
I dont see SE riping out the wards we have now - they'd have no reason to do that and would upset a lot of people. Adding instanced housing can happen without touching the wards.
