But you would have to place size minimums on houses. Because a five member FC buying a larger house is no different than an individual moving into one. If you’re saying space is the primary concern.Relocating to larger spaces is fine for FCs because they naturally grow and need more space. I'm not saying individuals shouldn't relocate, but FCs should get priority due to technicalities of space.
It just seems like a very half-assed way of locking content for individuals for a limited amount of time.
I think FC's with under 10-15 members should be barred from buying large houses during the initial week.
Again, larger FCs should be prioritized for those kinds of plots.



This won't actually solve the problem you're hoping it's going to solve, because people will just flood their small FC with dummy members for the buying period and then dump them afterwards. You could try to regulate that as well but the overhead required to actually scan these FCs and logs for abuses isn't free and at some point becomes unwieldy. I'm not trying to argue against the spirit of your idea, don't get me wrong. I'm only saying that it's unenforceable.
