If housing is your true end game and your server is truly a miracle to get a house at, you could have transferred when housing restrictions were announced and made an FC, one that you could have leveled to rank 6 in less than a week at a slow pace. There were larges left on my server nearly 12 hours after the wards opened.

Also, I see you're in Balmung. My ward is half empty. My OLD ward is also half empty since I transferred my FC. There's a LOt of plots available, small plots, but still plenty of them. And no, I don't think they'll be snagged anytime soon. Maybe you should wait before housing restrictions are lifted and individuals can purchase land again, until then, those free plots are unlikely to go anywhere.

I actually was able to move my fc house right next to my personal house... there are many many prime locations on Marlboro but if OP is going to act like a spoiled child id rather them just sit empty than have them transfer here...
