    How can I increase the size of the window that shows the item details on a PS4?

    R3 button (pressing in the right analog stick) adjusts size of the current focused window.

    EDIT: Sorry, misread you and didn't realize you meant tooltip size. Yeah, as pointed out above, that's done in HUD layout screen (specifically it's the element called "Item Help")

    For anybody finding this later:
    If you can't find the 'item help' item in the hud menu, go to Character Config, UI Settings, general tab. Go to Display Action Help and set Position to "Fixed."
