    Purely aesthetic:
    No more Stones for white mage please. Or even Aero. Instead of spamming Stone I want to spam holy/light aspected attacks like Dia (not a fan of WHM being what is essentially a druid as I envisioned it to be when I started).

    Would be even nicer if it's a trait which replaces Stone (or... skill glamours, anyone?).
    Perhaps it could apply a debuff which reduces the target's damage?
    If they're going to add more skills, it would be a nice addition to have more choices on how to spend lilies.
    I thought of spells like Bravery/Faith(combined) and Haste but they're technically already on the game (AST cards).
    They could give back Cleric Stance by having a similar ability which consumes lilies and a longer duration.

    for Scholar i want the ability to sacrifice the fairy either aoe heal or buff the party depending which fairy you sacrifice i will also like it to be introduce a new fairy that dps and heals by stealing life from enemies. also the ability to fuse with fairy to increasing healing in defence abilities in able to fly.

    Banish exists as a spell that Light Elementals cast. The Ananta enemies cast Luster also.

    1) Rework MCH to feel less clunky and redesign that silly over heat mechanic.
    2) Resigned the pet system, its about time. SCH/SMN/MCH really struggle with it
    3) Either add new versions of the current egis or update their models, they look so terrible...

    Odd thought: I'd actually like for Machinist turrets to have a lot more interplay and to be swapped out and activate more quickly... and for Gauss Barrel to actually be a turret, Gauss Ring/Accelerator, used for capitalizing upon burst and creating piercing AoE, etc...

    Here is what I want:

    WHM:
    Reraise - A self cast auto raise that applies a 5min debuff that prevents reapplying it when K.O.
    Dia- Deals damage overtime that gradually gets stronger with each tick, additional effect: targets that attack the enemy inflicted by this debuff get a very small temporary healing potency received buff.

    SCH:
    Adlo II - A full shield, has no healing properties.
    Leech - Channels a draining tether between yourself, the enemy, and the target with the highest enmity. Dealing damage to the enemy and recovering the highest enmity target HP.

    AST:
    Rewind - applies a buff on the target that absorbs all the damage done to the target for 5s after expiration of the buff the target receives the damage as a DOT over the next 10s.
    Temporal Rift - creates a temporary object in the field that absorbs 15% of the damage received by the party for the next 15s. After rift expires the damage absorbed is distributed to all nearby party members.

    Abilities for WHM:

    - Refresh: Use 3 lilies to clear DoTs and Debuffs that isn't cleared by Esuna.
    - Shell (yes, SHELL): Use lilies to reduces target's damage taken. Basically the same as PvP Protect. Including the protection given according the number of lillies.
    - Quake/Tornado/Flood: Another WHM AoE spell to DD
    - Water: To not just spamming rocks.

    And considering that it's a wishlist...

    - Ultima: The finisher. It can use lilies to be our finisher.

    WHM traits
    - Secret of the lily III: Now casting regen gives one lily. Each regen tick have a 20% chance to give a lily as well.

    A animation overhaul, similar to what MCH got. Looking at every other job in the game then looking at Monk, they're just so incredibly boring to watch. The Greased Lightning buff used to look cool, but now it's next to awesome looking stuff like BoTD and Inner Release. All of their attacks save for Elixir Field are barely noticeable, while you can easily spot a DRG hopping all over the place or a Nin using their frog.

    I feel like this could be a big step in getting more people to play it as well, because it's still by far the most unpopular melee.

    WHM:
    A stronger identity. To me, their identity right now is extremely flimsy. They can heal slightly more than other healers and do slightly more personal DPS, but they offer absolutely nothing unique to the raid. Their aesthetic has also gotten pretty boring lately, being more about cleric-like spells rather than nature which looks pretty meh overall

    Please no ridiculous gunfu kungfu. And I'd really, really rather not be cloaked in color splatter any time I haven't screwed over my rotation.

    To me, skills like The Forbidden Chakra, Howling Fist, and Rockbreaker cut the perfect balance in terms of visible vs. ostentatious presentation. Heck, I even slightly prefer those first two over Elixir Field, even if I'm glad to have that one intentionally humorous animation in the toolkit.
