random disconnect inside dungeon, no error code, internet is fine

its not our end! but the moderators will try and make it look like it is. Its SEs end and they need to sort it asap I cant actually emphasize this enough.

I already know the issue isn't on the players end just from the vast number of people having issues I was just trying to provide information in hopes of them being able to resolve the issue sooner. We invited friends to come and play this game but the lag and random disconnects are really souring their experience.
