it happends randomly out in open world , begining of instance , middle of instance , middle of final boss fight (happens mainly mid instance it seems tho)

when i log back in (from stormblood game menu(not the launcher(it dont kick u that far out))) it just says logging you out because your conecting from a 2nd place
