random disconnect inside dungeon, no error code, internet is fine

i dont know what to do with this, it happen everytime i went to dungeon/trial/raid.

just doing my stuff and then i got disconnected, the thing is there is no error code, no lag/delay, nothing. it was smooth run then suddenly screen goes black and i got "returning to login screen" tooltip.

i got thrown back to startup screen (the one with stormblood logo) then i relogin back again, and everything normal again. 10-15 minutes later, it happen again.

i dont know what to do now, when i got DC i check my connection, everything is fine on my ping prompt, not even one pip of RTO, my speed didnt go down too. pls help

update: it seems indeed only happen when iam inside dungeon, doing all beast tribe just now and everything is fine. i try other online games like CSGO, GW2, WOW and everything is also fine, so at least i know the problem is with the FF14

Once more while waiting for the Gold Saucer GATE event to begin.

If the game says "logging you out because you're connecting from a 2nd place," this suggests the disconnect comes from the client side as the server still thinks you are connected to the game.

Make sure that you do not have any other programs/overlays in the background and make an exception for any anti-virus or firewalls you may have.

Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that the following Port Ranges have been opened/forwarded/triggered:

55021 through 55040

i dont hav any anti virus running / but i did hav 1 overlay running in passive i turned it off / im adding the ports just in case , if there is any more problems after this ill pm you again here.

ive done everything sept reinstal the game and im not doing that unless you wana buy be a sub.

Hi there! Me and my FC members have been experiencing the same issue. The issue primarily happens in dungeons/trials/raids but we've had people who randomly disconnect in just the open world. When we log back in we do not see any errors and we are still in the instance but have to start it over. All of the members experiencing disconnects use wired connections. We have tried rebooting our routers/computers and nothing has made the issue any better.
