random disconnect inside dungeon, no error code, internet is fine

Everytime i reread your problems i get more the impression that your connection is fine and that there is something wrong with your client. Indeed a reinstall might be the best option here.
Its because you have no lag/delay when you get thrown back. All connection issues i've seen lead to a long delay where you dont see any mobs move or your attacks do nothing first. Thats what makes me think that its really a local client issue.

sept everything works fine (im a healer id know if my heal did nothing) and then bam your disconected and i run youtube / spotify for music and nothing even glitchs so its not my net

I would say the same, something with the latest patch screwed your client over. Still remember that time that an update somewhere went wrong on ps4 and it would quite often crash on any areachange.

its not even area change its just random (mostly random) i hav crashed 1 time in my FC house , 2 times in open world , and like 5 times in random dungions , but like 16 times now in cutter's cry dungion (idk why but that dungion is a crash fest)

i play from like 4am - 10pm Est

and it disconnects basically all day no madder what time but it seems to get worse about 8 - 9 am and on only clearing up after i stop going dungeons (about 9pm)

i taken the trace at about 8-8:30pm
