Minor bugs in minion and companion

Hello Ariellendera,

I sent a mail to customer support before posting here, they replied with

"Unfortunately Game Masters are unable to provide any hints or information with regards to gameplay or any game content."

After emailing back that my issue doesn't fit in either category they replied with:

"However, as you stated, this appears to be a bug in the game. The Game Master team does not consist of developers and hence can not offer solution for technical problems."

Each time they pointed me to this forum.

Based on my experience in other MMORPGS, I expected GMs to deal with this kind of issues, but apparently they think it's not up to them. So, I'm with you when you say it's not devs work, but I can't go back to them saying "devs say it's your job". Could your teams please solve the problem of who has to deal with it, please?

EDIT: I'll try to contact the GM in game as you suggest.
