Thordan turned himself into a primal same for shiva they also didnt really temper anyone Mamools kind of have a Primal in the form of the Astral Candessence and the Qiqrin do have a primal what it is we just dont know yet however that could be because they dont talk about it according to koji fox from the vegas lore panel.
