Steps:
1. I went to the plot where this plot was for sale.
2. I talked to the plackard and selected relocation.
3. I checked if I really had the land, and that was the case.
4 I went into a raid and when I was back my plot was for sale again.

I lost about 17000000gil and no relocation.

I've just had the same bug. Tried to file a GM report to get some help in game but I told to come to this forum? Not sure how my individual case will be resolved by posting here though.

I relocated my small plot from the Lavender Beds, said the relocation was complete and took my gil. I teleported to my old plot and when I returned the Shirogane plot was up for sale again?
