Housing Features are locked

Hello,

I bought a house in the goblet on Moogle, we found a nicer one in Mist so we relocated the message Relocation Successful appeared and took my gil but no house appeared and said we still remained in Goblet. We went into a duty and came out and the house in mist was back up for sale, no reimbursement and now the house in Goblet wont let us in with a error saying “Housing function is locked”

Please help!
