Im sitting at a plot I can afford been saving up for months as even though Im from Balmung Im pretty poor and Im just hoping I get to finally have a small house if I dont well then Idk I guess Ill hoard my gil.

Really hoping SE opens the market for personal buys soon bc well Im on Balmung and as it is its hard to get a house for FC well rather the people that want med/large are having trouble and no one wants small except personal (which includes me though I think I mentioned that)

Why are you suprised? You knew it would be this way for weeks did you not? To me if you're stnd9ng there waiting it's on you, Square published the guidelines long ago.

Oh yeah I knew not saying its a bad thing if an FC gets it but I am on balmung and people here arent... patient Ill wait here a solid week if I need to as asI stated if i dont get a personal house then Ill just hord my gil till one is available.

This could take months... I wouldn't be surprised if personal buying of houses actually never comes back due to the shortages. Housing was first only intended for FCs only, so we may never have the opportunity to get personal houses again.

It takes alot of server space and resources to support housing. It just may not be possible to accomodate everyone while trying to balance hardware load.
