Aren't those timers just preventing purchase? As I understood it, relocating to a plot with an active timer is still possible.
Yes, that is the point. She can relinquish the house as an owned personal, but the system will prevent her buying it for the FC, so what Taika said isn't a good idea
But if timers don't prevent relocation, freeing the plot IS good advice, since the FC can relocate to the plot where the personal house is now standing by mistake. That is, asuming everything works as I believe it does ^_^.
If she relocates to the small near by (cost 0 because it is moving from a large) but then you still need fork over another 45 sih million for the large of the FC, the key here is using the term relocation. Keep in mind of the original quote:
"You can always correct your mistake by giving up your personal house and free up the plot for the FC."
This implies relinquish and it would cause a timer block.
