I tend to agree with the OP. I am very fond of holding on to things that I've obtained throughout the course of the game that have a sort of rarity to them, but I know, after a period of time, I won't be able to keep many things for much longer. I'm thinking that maybe our retainers should have a separate inventory tab for keeping seasonal gear, since it's mostly only novelty stuff anyways. Or something along those lines, at least.
I also agree with the accessory drops too. I think we should have some more interesting things besides just weapons. Shields, for one, would be nice, even though only THM and GLA can use them, it would still be nice seeing as though each weapon drop goes towards a class anyway. I think that the crafting/gathering jobs should be able to get something out of Primals as well, maybe some crafting armor or tools or something. It's like crafters have been left in this void with their terrible leves system and other craziness involved with it.
But yeah... inventory management and stuff, I concur with all that.
Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?
I share the same concern Kiara.
I really hope some sort of U/U storage is implemented.

530 slots isn't enough?

530 enough?
It's not by far.
I play 5 of the 7 classes regularly, and each needs it's own gearset.
I have multiple craftts at 50 and need to hold on to mats so I can make stuff for myself and my friends.
THEN... materia, seasonal event items, primal drops, the list goes on and on and on.
I like frog
Not to mention items you are holding to sell once you are done crafting/gathering/killing!530 enough?

So what you're saying is if this game was like other MMOs where they supply you with enough space for your one job then it wouldn't be a problem? Instead it sounds to me like you have some prioritizing to do.530 enough?

yes, you can buy another character slot. that doesn't change the fact of this game was built on not having to have another character to have different classes. it's built so you can level each and every class on a single character. i have an alt, but that doesn't change the fact with the way this game is built having an alt shouldn't be needed to play all classes on 1 character. So what you're saying is if this game was like other MMOs where they supply you with enough space for your one job then it wouldn't be a problem? other games are made where you level one class on your character so the inventory space is based on having enough room for that one class. this game is not. it's hard to compare what another game does compared to this one when they are set completely different as far as the character itself is. one game that has one character one class should have less space than another game in which one character has every class.

Oh joy more weapons just what I dont need. If the up coming primal fights have a drop rate like ifrit and moogle Ill pass. I did ifrit and will not go thru what I went thru just to get another 7 weapons. Hell I havent even bothered finishing moogle due to how pathetic the drop rate is. In all honesty I dont even consider the primal and moogle fight end game. It is basicly something the devs put in to just waste players time due to their lack of content. Ill continue to level my crafts and DoL at least I know I will accomplise something, instead of wondering if I will collect all 7 weapons from other primal fights and moogle.
