People say a lot of housing was avaibale in goblet and other places last week when demolition was back up. People wanting a house should have bought a plot in goblet not caring about the location and now they would be able to relocate. Not saying that was the option but surely was one thanks to SE. Now I am standing in mist with mediums and smalls everywhere yet 4 hours later

Demolition restarted with 4.2. As soon as 4.2 hit, people could no longer buy a personal house. If someone wanted in on the new wards and a chance at relocation, they would have needed to have a house before 4.2 went live (aka before the demolitions started).
