    I want to fix my character icon/image and I cant figure out how, could anyone help me please?

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    The icon on the forums reflects how the character looks in-game, if you change how the character looks, it will change on the forums. If you wish to change which character you use as your icon, go to 'Settings,' then 'Edit Character,' then finally select the character you wish to use. Make sure you select 'save changes' before you exit.
