They are referencing a Feb 6 patch here....but, that might not mean anything necessarily.

The community reps are usually prompt with an update if maint times change so I've no reason to expect they have at this point. I suppose its possible they aren't changing any client side files but I find that unlikely.

All they are doing is taking the lock off the wards, so maybe no patch...???

I mean, wasn't that probably half the point of delaying housing release, to prevent the download rush bottleneck? A week after patch, everyone should be on fairly equal footing here.
