How to fix the messy Glamor system

How are you guys complaining about inventory space? In all the MMO's I have ever played FFXIV give 10x's more inventory space than any other mmo and that's not including 2 free retainers. Other MMO's give 20 to 30 slots of inventory space at the start. Then you have to spend $20 to $30 for more inventory space and it doesn't even come close to what we get at the start of a new character in FFXIV.

Stop Hoarding all your gear. Find the gear you know you will use for glamour and toss the rest. There are so many ways to get your old event and job gear later if you decide you want to have it back.

Clean out your retainers and sell your useless stuff on the market board or turn it in for seals and call it a day. I just dont get it... IMHO the dev team and server team really went far beyond the call of duty when it comes to what we have in FFXIV. You can play any job you want on one character. There is tons of inventory space. They even changed up the entire glamour system in a few short years to where all you need is 1 type of glamour crystal..... seriously we are extremely spoiled in this game... and some how players still complain about inventory space.... go play Neverwinter or DCUO or Tera and see for yourself how spoiled we are in FFXIV.

Hats off to you devs and server team... you are doing an amazing job keeping this game going.

The only other subscription MMO I've played allows the player to have over 10 000 inventory slots on one server without paying any dollars. Except you never even need that much space because the game has a proper glamour log and doesn't reuse crafting materials from previous expansions.

I've played all of those and i have never had to throw out possible looks for my clothes because of carryable inventory space in DC Online. DC online actually has an awesome glamour system. Everything you have ever worn is a possible glamour. WoW and GW2 have similar account level systems. Complaining about inventory in this context is different from complaining about inventory slots in general. 200 total glam items out of a million possible looks across 26 classes with 11 or 12 visible slots is pretty awful.

They over complicated what could have been a simple system.
