For readability of the devs, and to add my own thoughts, I'm gonna put everything I've seen here and elsewhere clearly, in order of importance (at least in my opinion).

More Plates
I'm pretty sure it was stated that they were planning to add more plates in the future, but it's still worth mentioning that the community is clamoring for it. The absolute minimum there should be is one plate per class (26) and two per class would probably be the minimum that would keep people from (reasonably) complaining - IF the system is kept how it currently is with no other changes.
